| Though we can't change our circumstances,
stress levels are something that, through awareness and practice,
we can learn to change. Tools and skills learned in this program are
focused on relaxation, creating self-awareness, and in eliciting the
relaxation response in a safe and supportive group setting.
Research by Dr. Herbert Benson and Dr. Alice Domar has shown that
participation in group mind/body programs can actually increase
fertility. Participants say that classes help them feel better and
enjoy life more, regardless of pregnancy outcomes.
Mind/Body programs can also be taught one-on-one for fertility,
pregnancy, or general wellness.
